Professional circuit training is a high-octane workout where single exercises are done in rapid succession for between 30 seconds and 5 minutes each. Our professional trainers excel in this form of fitness and can dramatically help you alter your lifestyle and attain your weight goals. In their world class, training modules, you will move in quick succession through 8-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations to stretch yourself to your limit. Each station has a different exercise. From bicep curls to jump rope, each 60 seconds will be unique. After around 10-25 repetitions at each station, lasting between 30 seconds and 5 minutes move on to the next station where the action continues. But the end of the training you will feel a sense of accomplishment and within just a few sessions, results of your labour will be evident to all.
