We had taken the Bhaman n atash designer suite we get butler services with it and I am telling it was an amazing experience the room was epic and the service wat they give is top notch especially wen u are with kids they help u thru out the stay with easy access every where as it’s an adventure resort …
I would like to share my feedback regarding the room. When I entered the room, I noticed dampness on the walls, and there was a strong paint and damp smell, possibly because of the rainy season. The paint also seemed to be coming off in some areas. Since the room was closed, the smell became quite strong and caused a feeling of suffocation for me and my entire family. Because of this, I had to change my room to the Avan Suite by paying an additional amount.
Our stay at the Amardad suite was made truly spectacular thanks to the outstanding butler service team. MD Ahsan, Rajibur, Muskan, and Lalit went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience for us. From the moment we arrived, their attention to detail and personalized care was remarkable. Each team member brought their own special touch to the service, making us feel incredibly valued and pampered throughout our stay. They anticipated our needs with such precision and grace that we hardly had to ask for anything.
