Della Career Development Program (DCDP). This DCDP program has been designed in such a way that employees at Della not only learn how to carry out the tasks assigned to them but also learn how to grow intellectually. This Program is for our junior associates, it’s a 12 month program wherein employees are being groomed 360 degree i.e., on personal as well as professional aspects.
Management Trainee Programme: The Management Trainee (MT) programme at Della is designed to provide a bridge between the education participants receive at our partner hospitality management programmes and the operational reality of leading in a luxury hotel environment. During the 18-month programme, MT participants will rotate through all operational department for initial 3 months and 15 months in the department of their choice. Additionally, MTs are given exposure to all the aspects of leadership roles, specific strategic project partnered with a mentor. MTs are provided with feedback throughout the program.
